Something
not working?

This is the support page for every app we publish. A person in Las Vegas answers, within one business day.

The five things people usually need

All of these you can do yourself, right now, faster than waiting for us to reply.

  • I want to delete my account

You can do it yourself, from inside the app under Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you’ve already removed the app, use the web form instead.

    Delete your account
  • I want to cancel a subscription

Cancel it where you bought it. If Apple, Google or Shopify charged you, only they can stop the billing, and each one takes a different route.

    Cancelling and refunds
  • I want a refund

Purchases through an app store are refunded by that store under their own policy. Anything bought directly from us is refunded by us.

    Who refunds what
  • I want to know what data you hold about me

Ask for a copy, a correction, a deletion or an opt out. Requests made through the rights form are logged against the legal deadline.

    Make a privacy request
  • I found a security problem

Please tell us. We’ll answer you, fix it, tell you when it’s fixed, and credit you if you would like that.

    Report a vulnerability

Anything else, write to us

Tell us which app, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If you can, include your device and the app version, which is usually at the bottom of the settings screen. It saves a round trip.

We reply

Within one business day. Every message gets an answer from a person, including the awkward ones.

We don’t

Send you through a phone tree, make you repeat yourself to three people, or close a ticket because it went quiet.

So we can write back. We use it for nothing else.
The name from the App Store, Google Play or your Shopify admin.

We answer within one business day. What happens to what you send is covered in the Privacy Policy.

If you’re reviewing one of our apps

This page is the Support URL submitted with every listing. The disclosures page answers Apple, Google and Shopify separately, in each platform’s own terms, and links into the detail behind every answer.
