Las Vegas SEO,
so people here
find you first

Someone here is looking for what you sell right now. If they can’t find you, they’re calling somebody else. This page explains why that happens, what changed this year, and what fixes it.

The short version

What Las Vegas SEO actually means for your business

It’s the work of becoming the business that comes up when someone in Las Vegas searches for what you sell. Your website has to be something search engines can read. Your pages have to answer the questions your customers ask. And your name has to appear in the map results and in the answers AI assistants give. Done properly, it doesn’t bring you traffic. It brings you calls from people ready to buy. Google explains how its own AI features pick what to show. It comes down to pages that answer the question clearly.

The problem

Every day, somebody here needs you and picks somebody else

Not because they preferred your competitor. Because they never saw your name. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

A dentist in Summerlin

Someone two miles away cracks a molar. They search for an emergency dentist. Three practices come up, and yours is on page two. You may as well not exist.

A roofing company

A monsoon takes half a roof off in July. The homeowner searches at seven in the morning. Whoever sits at the top gets the call. That job was worth twenty thousand dollars.

A personal injury lawyer

Someone just got rear ended on the 215. They will call one of the first names they see. And they will call within the hour.

A med spa or a salon

Someone new in town needs a place to go. They ask their phone, take the first few names, and never scroll further.

A shop, a gallery, a studio

Someone is searching for exactly what you make. They find a national chain instead. The chain wrote a page about it. You didn’t.

None of those people are shopping around. They have a problem right now. They pick from whatever is in front of them. Being in front of them is the whole game.

Why it happens

Four reasons you aren’t showing up

It’s almost never because your business isn’t good enough. It’s usually one of these. Often all four at once.

  1. Google can’t tell what your website is for

A site can look beautiful and still say nothing a search engine understands. Your pages need to say plainly what you do and where you do it. If they don’t, Google won’t show you to the person searching. It’s the most common problem we find, and usually the cheapest to fix.

  2. Nobody has answered the questions your customers ask

People don’t search in single words. They ask real questions. What does a crown cost in Las Vegas? Do I need a permit to re roof in Clark County? How long does a divorce take in Nevada? Whoever answers those honestly gets found by everyone who asks. In most trades here, nobody has bothered.

  3. You’re missing from the map results

On a lot of local searches, three business listings sit above everything else. Most people never look past them. Getting into that block is a separate job with its own rules. Plenty of businesses have never had it done properly.

  4. The AI assistants have no reason to mention you

This one is new, and most businesses have no idea it’s happening. It gets its own section below.

Telling which one is yours matters more than it sounds, because the four cost very different amounts to fix. A site search engines can’t read is often a week of work. Missing pages are months, because somebody has to write them. And the map results might be closed to you entirely, depending on how your business is set up.

You don’t need to work out which one it is. That’s the first thing we tell you, and it’s why we look before quoting anything.

What changed

Your customers have started asking AI instead of Google

Open ChatGPT and ask it for the best roofer in Las Vegas. It’ll name a few companies. Now ask it about your trade. Whoever it names is quietly taking customers who never opened Google at all. That group grows every month.

Here’s what catches most business owners out. Being named in that answer isn’t the same as ranking on Google. Doing well at one doesn’t get you the other. The assistants want clear, specific answers they can repeat with confidence. A website built to look nice gives them nothing to work with. So your name never comes up.

It helps to know why an answer names so few businesses. A search result was a list, and a list can be twenty long. An answer is a sentence or two, so it has room for maybe three names. Everyone else is simply absent, and there’s no second page to be on.

This is early. Most businesses here haven’t started. Neither have most of the people they hire to handle it. Being early matters, because whoever the assistants learn to trust first tends to keep getting named.

The solution

What we do about it

Fix the foundations

We make your site fast and readable, so search engines can tell what you do and who you do it for. It’s dull work. Nothing else works without it.

Answer what people actually ask

We find the real questions people here type about your trade. Then we write the pages that answer them properly. This earns Google rankings and AI mentions at the same time. Both reward the same thing, which is being the clearest answer.

Get you into the map results

Where that’s open to you, we set it up properly and keep it that way. Where it isn’t, we tell you, and we work the searches that don’t use it.

Get you named by ChatGPT and Google’s AI

We structure your information so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity can find you and understand you. Then your name comes up when someone asks for a recommendation.

We build software too, which is why the technical half of this isn’t guesswork. The sites we work on are quick, properly built, and easy for both search engines and assistants to read.

Who we do this for

Las Vegas businesses that sell to people

  • Dentists and doctors
  • Lawyers and law firms
  • Roofers and contractors
  • Restaurants and bars
  • Med spas and salons
  • Dispensaries
  • Shops and galleries
  • Hotels and venues
  • Trades and home services
  • Anybody selling to people who live here

Every trade searches differently. What a homeowner types looking for a roofer looks nothing like what someone types looking for a lawyer. The pages that win those two searches have almost nothing in common.

Two of these have a page of their own. Here’s what we do for law firms, and what we do for stores on Shopify.

Beyond here

Why a Las Vegas firm is worth a call from anywhere

We’re in Las Vegas on purpose, and most of the businesses we work with are here. But we work with businesses across the United States, and one part of this travels better than the rest.

This city has more hotel rooms than anywhere else in the country. It runs on conventions. More people get married here than in any other American city. So maybe you run a hotel, a venue, a restaurant near a convention center, or a wedding business. We’ve spent years watching how people find those places.

That kind of search behaves differently. It spikes around events. It’s seasonal in a way most trades aren’t. And people decide fast, often inside the next twenty minutes. You learn that quickly here. It works the same way for a property in Nashville or a venue in Charleston.

So the honest version is this. If you’re here, being local matters and we’re down the road. If you’re not, what’s worth having is that we learned this in the busiest version of your market.

Before you hire anybody

How to pick a search company without getting burned

There are a lot of us, and the honest ones and the rest look identical from the outside. Both have a nice website. Both say they get results. One of them will promise you the number one spot on Google, which nobody can promise, because nobody controls Google.

So here’s a test you can run yourself in twenty seconds, on us or on anybody else. Google publishes a free speed score for every website. A firm selling you search work should be able to pass it on their own site. Plenty can’t.

Try it now, on anybody

See what Google says about any website

Paste your own site. Paste a competitor. Paste ours too, and no, that isn’t a typo. You’ll get Google’s own report, not our summary of it.

Opens Google’s report in a new tab. It takes a few seconds, because Google loads the page for real.

A slow score isn’t proof somebody is bad at their job. It’s one honest signal, taken from Google rather than from us, and it costs you nothing to check. Ask whoever you’re talking to what theirs says.

How to start

A paid audit, before anything ongoing

We don’t quote a monthly fee for a business we haven’t looked at. The first job is an audit you pay for. It’s written to be useful to you even if you never speak to us again. It tells you where you show up today and where you don’t. Whether any AI assistant mentions you at all. And what to fix first. In plain language, no acronyms.

If it turns out your customers aren’t really searching for what you sell, it’ll say so. Keep your money. Tell us what you do and we’ll tell you straight whether there’s anything here worth doing.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they call

What’s Las Vegas SEO, in plain English?

It’s the work of becoming the business that shows up when someone here searches for what you sell. Three parts. Your website has to be something search engines can read. Your pages have to answer the questions your customers actually ask. And your business has to appear in the map results and in AI answers. The goal isn’t traffic. It’s the phone ringing with people ready to buy.

How much does SEO cost in Las Vegas?

It depends on how competitive your trade is here. Anyone quoting a price before looking at your business is guessing. For scale: businesses here pay up to 35 dollars for one click on a Google ad for these searches. That tells you what a new customer is worth. We start with a paid audit, so you can judge the thinking for a small amount first. We’re not the cheapest in town and we don’t try to be.

How long does it take to see results?

Expect a few months before you notice movement. Closer to a year before it brings steady work. Anyone promising page one next month is selling you something. Some trades here move faster than others, and the audit will tell you which one yours is.

Is SEO still worth it now that AI answers everything?

Yes. If anything there’s more work now, not less. People still use Google all day. And AI answers get built from websites, so if Google can’t find you, ChatGPT probably can’t either. What’s new is that getting named in an AI answer is its own job. Ranking well doesn’t get it for you automatically. Both reward the same thing: being the clearest answer to a real question.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

For the map results at the top of many local searches, yes. There’s no way around it. Those listings need a verified profile tied to a real address. But plenty of valuable searches show no map results at all, and those are open to you either way. We’ll tell you which of your searches are which.

Do you only work with businesses in Las Vegas?

No. Most of our local clients are here, and being down the road genuinely helps them. But we work with businesses across the United States. Hospitality is where being based here counts for the most. This is the hotel, convention and wedding capital of the country. We learned that kind of search in the busiest version of it. If you run a hotel, a venue or a restaurant somewhere else, that experience carries over.

What if I already have somebody doing my SEO?

Then the audit is worth more to you, not less. You’ll find out in plain language whether you’re getting what you pay for. And you’re free to hand it to your current provider instead of to us. That happens. It’s a perfectly good outcome.
